At Pencil Cup Office Products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items such as custom orders, clearance products, or perishable goods are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
