We want you to shop with confidence at Pencil Cup Office Products. If something doesn’t work out, returning or exchanging your order is simple.
📦 Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different product? Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
